We require a $500 refundable damage deposit & booking fee.
- Deposit is required to hold requested date
- Deposit will be returned following pickup inspection to ensure damage has not been done to the trailer
Payment In Full
An invoice for payment in full is required to be completed 24 hours prior to drop off. If payment is not made a minimum of 24 hours prior to drop off, drop off will NOT take place and $500 deposit will NOT be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of damage deposit & booking fee will be given if cancelled 30 days prior to event.
50% refund of damage deposit & booking fee will be given if cancelled 14 days prior to event.
Damage deposit & booking fee will NOT be refunded if cancelled within 14 days of event.
Delivery and pickup of up to 30 miles from St. Michael, MN is included is price. Delivery further than 30 miles will be invoiced at $1.50/mile each direction.
Sassy Spurs Traveling Saloon does NOT provide any of the beverages served or wait staff. Rental is for trailer and equipment use only.
